3.5 Inactive Accounts. 10.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit plush77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 plush77 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if plush77 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have: (a) breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) provided false or misleading information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (d) violated any applicable law or regulation; or (e) used the platform in a manner that may expose plush77 to legal or reputational risk.

11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, plush77 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits and winnings, pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, plush77 will return any legitimately deposited funds to your nominated payment method.
